Back Massage For 20 Pesos Only

If Cornetto ice cream is just for P20, a 6- min back massage is also for P20 only.

I went to Farmers, Cubao to withdraw my earnings from Google Adsense. After I got the money, I walked around the area to look for food. I noticed this lazy chair near the escalator. It's a chair that can do back massage.

This self service massage chair is from the company called Gintell. The area where you can find the chair is called Rest N Go station.

For P20, you can enjoy 6 mins back massage. If you want to have more mins, you can take the 15 mins massage and it costs P50. The 30 minutes back massage cost is P100.

Since this is my first time, I tried the 6 minutes back massage. The black big chair is really comfortable.  I inserted the 20 peso bill on the right side of the chair. 

As your money accepted by the machine, it started the massage. I felt hard things that massage my back. It's just there're  small round metals that goes up from neck down to my waist. It's      like  human the way it massaged my back.

For 6 mins, I' m a bit relaxed. Though, still the human massage is more worth it than the massage of a chair. The human's  touch give you more relaxing feeling.

Anyway, this self service massage chair is really a good business. You don't need to hire a personnel to manage the chair. Since it's a self service, customers are the one who gonna operate the machine.

I'm not that fat nor that thin. My body weight is exact to my height. I must say I'm a healthy person. 

Every morning, I don't eat too much. I take exact amount of carbo and protein in my body. Not really a conscious person, but I just want be fit and healthy.

One of my favorite  food to eat for my breakfast is Century Tuna. I combined it with crackers or I put the tuna with lettuce in a bread. I know for fact that this product is also good to heart, that's why I more loving it this tuna.

Century Tuna contains chunks of tuna in vegetable. It's also easy to open. So there's no need to use can opener and knife. Just give a little bit energy in pulling up the can.

Power and Speed in Mindanao Ave.

Power and Speed is located along Mindanao Avenue in Quezon City. It is near in KFC and Balai Pandesal. Also, One of the landmarks is the bridge before road 20.

Power and Speed has 5 Tara courts. It has restroom for both girls and guys. Ungortinately, there's mo shower room. There's also a mini store located near in the entrance. It sells badminton apparel like shirt, socks and others. You can also buy here accessories for your racket.

At the end left side of the court, you can find a mini sari sari store selling Gatorade, soft drinks, snacks and among others. 

The court fee is P190/hour. You can join to their queuing Monday, Wenesday and Friday.

Baliwag Lechon at SM Sta Mesa

SM Sta Mesa is just walking distance from my place. If I' m bored in my home, I go there and do the shopping.

In this place, I always take my lunch and dinner. I' m such a lazy guy to cook my own food. Practically speaking, since I'm just alone in my apt. I'd rather than to buy food. I get more saving on it.

SM malls are also wifi zone. Yon can access the Internet using mobile phone, tablet, ipad, among others. Everywhere I go, I'm can still updated on my social networking sites using SMs wifi.

One of my favorite place is the food court. There are lots of food stalls offers wide array of cuisines specially the Pinoy dishes. Most of the time I prefer my food in Baliwag Lechon. They have combos meals ranging from 90-200. I like the taste of their grilled chicken and liempo. It's very tender and delicious.

John Lloyd Cruz is the new face of Swatch

I'm shopping around in Greenbelt 1 and 4 when I saw the life size figure of John Lloyd Cruz in Swatch store. I'm not aware he's the current endorser of this watch brand.  

John lloyd is really a good looking man not only in  on screen but also in person. His humble face and appealing personality to the mass that' why he's so popular in the country.  I think he's one of the in demand artists who endorses a lot of brands just like the swatch.
